Fort Worth Coin Company accepts the following forms of payment:
Orders that are paid via certified check, cashier check, money order or personal check must be received within 5 business days from date of order on orders below $2,000 and within 3 business days for orders over $2,000.00. All orders exceeding $10,000 must be paid by Bank Wire. For Bank Wire payments we will contact you with an order confirmation number and the necessary bank information to complete the wire transfer. Payments not received within the allowable time limits or failure to send payment may result in your inability to make future purchases. Any losses that occurred due to a decrease of market price will be charged to your account. Any market gains will remain the sole property of Fort Worth Coin Company. All canceled orders will also be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee in addition to any losses. Orders placed with Certified Check and Cashier Check will be held for the same time period as personal checks if your bank does not cooperate in releasing the information we require to process your transaction. Personal check payments are held for 10 business days up to two weeks regardless of when they clear our bank prior to shipping. All orders under $3,000.00 are shipped within one to three business days once verification of payment is received or funds have cleared. Some orders may have up to a 30 day shipping delay due to market availability. Fort Worth Coin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that are not within the above listed payment method requirements and time periods. TAXES All orders shipped outside of the state of Texas are tax free. All orders that are shipped within the state of Texas are subject to sales tax of 8.25%. However, orders over $1,000.00 in the state of Texas are tax free. We are not required and do not report any of our transactions to the IRS under S10,000.00. Wholesale Dealers sales are not required to be reported regardless of amount. SHIPPING AND HANDLING We strive to get your order out quickly. Orders are usually shipped within one to three days of receipt of your verified payment. Our standard shipping will generally arrive within five to ten business days. Occasionally orders may be shipped in multiple packages to complete your order. Packages are sent UPS or U.S. Mail. All orders require a signature and are sent registered and insured. When paying with a credit card, packages can only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card. Please make sure this matches your shipping address exactly as listed with credit card company at the time your order is placed. Any request made for packages to be left without an adult signature or with someone else at time of delivery will release Forth Worth Coin Company of any liabilities concerning this parcel. Some orders may take a little longer depending on the supply and demand associated with our type of business. Should this happen, we reserve the right to delay orders up to 30 days. Your price will be locked in from the time of purchase, not the price at time of shipment even if the price is higher. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES Our shipping and handling fees are as follows: 1. $10.00 on orders under $50.00 2. $12.00 on orders of $50.00 to $500.00 3. $15.00 on orders of $500.01 to $1,000.00 4. $20.00 on orders over $1,000.00 These rates are based on shipping within the United States. At this time we are not shipping internationally. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. PRICE LOCK Once an order has been placed with Fort Worth Coin Company the price at which your order was submitted is locked in. You will receive an invoice with an order number in the form of an email confirming your purchase. Fort Worth Coin reserves the right to refuse any order when the confirmed price is incorrect due to computer related problems. Your payment must be received within 5 business days on orders below $2,000 and within 3 business days for orders over $2,000.00 to guarantee your price. Failure to send payment or cancel your order may result in your inability to make future purchases. ORDER CANCELLATION You may cancel your order by emailing us at info@fortworthcoin.com. At the time your order was placed, your merchandise was pulled and reserved for you at the current market price. At the time of cancellation, any losses that occurred due to a decrease of market price will be charged to your account. Any market gains will remain the sole property of Fort Worth Coin Company. All canceled orders will also be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee in addition to any losses. RETURN POLICY Fort Worth Coin guarantees your satisfaction. We will provide our customers with a refund or exchange on everything we sell (minus shipping and handling). Refunds and exchanges must be made within three days from the date on which you received your items provided they are in the original packaging they were received. You will need to contact us via Email or phone for a return authorization number and return instructions prior to your shipping the merchandise. When returning bullion the customer may be required to pay for any market loss (at Fort Worth Coins discretion). Any market gains will remain the property of Fort Worth Coin. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Our goal is have our customer completely satisfied with their purchases. SELLING YOUR COINS When selling your coins please call for a Purchase Order number and instructions (817) 336-1782. They must be sent in a secure insured manor. PRIVACY POLICY Fort Worth Coin Company takes your privacy very seriously. All information collected is for our use only. We do not sell or trade our customer's information. We only send our promotional emails to customers who have purchased from us and have specifically added themselves to our mailing list.
